New Project

My local Fabric Shop Nellies Country Flair had an amazing sale with 40% off fabric and 30% off notions.

I initially visited the sale with Kylie and she helped me choose some spot fabric.

A few years ago the gorgeous Nat bought me Simple Pleasures from Hatched and Patched. So I  located the pattern and returned to the shop. 

This is what we came up with....

This is the pattern.

The four patch block fabric.  I am going to make the with purple, blue, pink, orange and teal .

This fabric will be the triangles around the stitcheries.

The small border, the triangles and the final border.

Now the test is to work out the thread I will use for the stitchery.
