Today the girls were visited by their father. He has not come to see them since April. So I didn't go back to the show today I ended up being very busy.
I visited the local patchwork shop and bought some contrasting blacks to help me finish my bag.
I mowed my lawns as they were in need of it.
I did some housework.
I also stitched together a hexagon pin cushion. I found the pattern on the Internet. I think it is so cute.
I then spent the main part of the afternoon sewing my Black and White Bag Swap bag. I love the final product but won't be sharing the pictures until I have sent it off and hear that it had arrived. I will provide a sneak pic iofnit for now.
Wow you have been industrious! Love the pin cushion, such pretty colours Simone
ReplyDeleteOh I can't wait to see the rest of your bag - that really was a sneak peak. I can't believe you are so organised to have it started, you blow me away. Hope your girls had a good time with their Dad.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing the bag!
