Left home at 515 to batch a 630 flight to Sydney. A colleague and I got yo the airport with time to spare only to discover it was in darkness. The REX attendant had slept in.
We left Parkes late which resulted in being slowed down.
Arriving in Sydney we caught the train to Wynyard, grabbed coffee and sandwich along the way to our meeting and got there ten minutes before it started.
Sat all day and learned so much was great. Even snuck in some retail therapy, new shoes ( two pairs)
Got back home at nine. Was surprised my daughter was home, she had been staying with friends as I had been away since Tuesday.
Now today I get to sit and enjoy the day at home. Mmm might do some sewing!
