Today was a great day.
Woke up before the alarm.
Went to the physio in Parkes who was a little intrigued about my back and hip. Had acupuncture.
Went in to work in time for prayer and morning tea.
Worked in some tasks. Began a to do list.
Went to lunch with Simmy and Mary-Ellen.
Back at work the afternoon flew by and before I knew it I was at home.
Did a little stitching this evening but have not taken pics sorry.
Update will come tomorrow.
