Had a great trip this past week. I travelled through a number of towns to arrive at Cobar on Tuesday.
The trip was great, stopping at a yummy bakery in Nyngan for lunch along the way.
To my surprise and excitment as I was travelling down the main street of Cobar I saw Cobar Quilt Shop. I was unable to visit on Tuesday but made sure that on Wednesday I went in. I made a couple of purchases. I bought a kit for a raggy quilt.

Sue who works at the shop was just gorgeous. She showed me some pictures of her friend Kate's (her blog is
here) quilts. My goodness she has created some amazing quilts. I am loving seeing her hexagon quilt come together. I love the fabrics she has chosen and I am going to hunt these out, hopefully I can find them at the Canberra Craft and Quilt Show next weekend.
