February Goals

Well here we are already in the second month of the year.  I have been back at work for 2 weeks now and feel like holidays were a lifetime ago.

I thought I would list some goals for February in the attempt that I can complete some projects for the One Project a Month listing...

Well here goes...
1. I want to make 2 quilted purses, one for me and one for a lovely lady I work alongside....

2. Make a draw string bag for a 4 year old girl who has the same name as my youngest daugther, Bridie.  Quite amazing that we both of daughters named the same.  We also went to uni together, Kath was a year ahead of me but being a small campus everyone knew each other.  Now our paths have crossed again and we work in the Education Office together.

3. Put a huge effort in to my friendship challenge quilt for Kylie.  We gave ourselves the challenge of finishing this back in September.  I started with a bang and came to an abrupt halt... well Friday night we are having a 'party' starting at 7pm and our aim is to work on this quilt at the same time.  She lives in Northern Victoria and I am in Central New South Wales.

4. Border my Tis the Season blocks and complete the quilt top.

5.  Blog more than what I have been doing so far.  I love reading my blogs and I hope that others feel the same about me.  In setting up a goal I hope to achieve it this month...

6. Make 4 hexagon flowers for my Vignette quilt.

7. Finish sewing my second Rose Star.

I think that do and I hope I can achieve all of these goals in the month of February...
Stay tuned for the updates...

Until next time... Happy Stitching...
