Part one has arrived.

I was very excited when a delivery truck pulled up in front of my house.  The driver go out of the truck and brought in a box.  I secretly thought I was getting my dishwasher, my landlord came a couple of months ago and said I would be getting a dishwasher,  well it has been nearly three years!

In the box were three smaller parcels. 

My lamps had arrived. 

Now I can sit easy knowing that my call about second place at the Canberra Craft and Quilt Fair was true!

1. The floor lamp. Mum and I put it together. Mum liked it and said it was better than hers. ( she didn't want to take it home. Phew!)

2. A table lamp. 

3. LED lamp. This lamp is amazing. It runs on batteries or power. The power connects to a USB adapter and can be put in the laptop.   I took it away with me recently as I find motel rooms are dark. 

So far I am so excited with my winnings now to wait for the rest to arrive.

Craft fair .... And there is more.

This morning I took a call from the Craft Fair office in Sydney. 

I was thanked for attending the Canberra Craft Fair at the beginning of the month. 

I thought I  was going to be given a survey!

The caller proceeded to congratulate me on winning the second door prize. 

On my goodness. Surprised, shocked, amazement. 

I was told I won $600 worth of prizes.

I am so so so happy and pleased I travelled to the fair. 

Now to wait for its arrival. 

Craft fair

This is my new coffee mug. 

I bought it at the craft fair earlier this month. 

Canberra craft Fair

Had a great day at the craft fair. We arrived at ten and left at close. 

It was extra special because I got to catch up with my neatest friend from high school. I have not seen her since year 10. It was great to spend some time with her. 

I spent up at the fair. There was so many great things I wasn't sure if I would be able to stop but yes I managed to.
